Diana joined the Franchise & Business Law Group in January of 2018 and has quickly become an integral part of the franchise process and entire legal team. She assists the attorneys with filing and registering franchise applications in all registration states and filing court and state documents. Diana serves as the office manager and ensures that the law firm operates in a professional and proficient manner.

Prior to joining the firm, and since her graduation from LDS Business College in 1994, she has worked as a legal assistant in Utah and Washington in several practice areas of law.

Diana resides in Tooele, Utah with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading (especially mysteries and true crime), traveling, photography, crafting, and exploring Utah and neighboring states on their UTV.

Fun facts about Diana: Diana was born in France where her dad was stationed with the Air Force. She has always loved children and wanted to be an Early Childhood Education Teacher when she grew up. She nannied for 3 families in Washington, D.C. and Hawaii.
